Shiskine Hall is set to enjoy a huge reduction in its energy costs and consumption thanks to new energy efficient heaters which were purchased with a grant and an interest-free Scottish government SME loan.

The village hall has played a key role in the life of the Shiskine Valley since it’s move across to Torbeg in 1958 when the former Shiskine Church of Scotland Congregation granted the existing building in a Deed of Trust to become the new Shiskine Village Hall.
