AdLibitum will round off a successful concert season

The first Music Arran concert for the new year and the new decade will feature the talents of three musicians who are all well known in their own individual rights but also as the talented Trio Volant.
Rebecca Hall and Ken Anderson, known as the folk duo Hungrytown, will be performing on Arran this weekend as part of their UK tour.
They have played in venues as varied as St Magnus Cathedral in Orkney, St Martin in the Fields, London, and T in the Park.
Taking place on Saturday November 17, at 7.30pm in Brodick Hall, the trio comprising Amanda and Claire Babington and David J Smith is known as AB24 – referencing their shared connection with Aberdeen where all three members have, over the years, enjoyed living, working and performing.
Sax Ecosse was established in 2004 whilst its members were students at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
Scottish Jazz Award finalists, Rose Room, have become one of Scotland’s leading ensembles influenced by the gypsy jazz genre.
On Saturday August 25 Swing 2018 will play jazz – including Reinhart and Grappelli.
The two pianists are not going to play together, but both will contribute to the concert.
The pair met at as students at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
