Volunteers help clean up Lamlash beach

More than a dozen people helped to keep their community free of litter by taking part in a Lamlash beach clean organised by the Community of Arran Seabed Trust (COAST).

Lamlash church bells to ring out in celebration

The bells of Lamlash parish church will ring out at 12noon tomorrow (Saturday) to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the invention of the Ellacombe chiming apparatus that was originally invented by the Rev Henry Ellacombe.
