Finlay Wild of Lochaber AC has once again taken the king of the hill title by winning the Goatfell Hill Race with a time of one hour and 13 minutes, just 49 seconds short of the course record set in 2017.
Online entries to take part in the annual Goatfell hill race are now open with the popular event scheduled to take place on Saturday May 16.
Although slightly wet underfoot, runners enjoyed good running conditions which, while deteriorating at the summit, improved as the day progressed.

In first place, with a remarkable time of 1 hr, 17 min and 19 secs, was Shettleston Harriers runner Tom Owens.
The annual Goatfell Hill Race takes place this Saturday May 19, at noon.
