Construction firm Ashleigh (Scotland) Ltd is now back on site to complete the new COVID-19 site set-up in line with Scottish Government guidance. This will ensure all safety measures are in place before construction gets under way.
Housing chiefs this week confirmed that the Brathwic Terrace council house development will go ahead as planned.
The row over vehicle access to the new council houses to be built at Springbank in Brodick shows no sign of being resolved.
‘Due to the fact that the normal planning process does not apply and the residents and community council will have no formal opportunity to register their concerns.’
The development is a mix of two, three and four-bedroomed houses with eight amenity bungalows and two wheelchair adapted bungalows.
