Scheduled for Saturday, between 12.45pm and 1.30pm, the Arran rally will take place on the seafront opposite the Douglas Hotel.
The local event, organised by Machrie resident Hilary Patrick and Sally Ann Campbell will take place on the Brodick seafront, opposite the Douglas Hotel, on Saturday November 6, between 1pm and 1.30pm.
A public awareness campaign called Get Ready Glasgow aims to provide detailed information and will be updated on an ongoing basis at www.getreadyglasgow.com.
Schoolchildren across Arran will have their voices heard at the international climate change conference in Glasgow next month.
