Whiting Bay Music and Drama Club’s plays were well received by a sell-out audience at Whiting Bay Hall on Tuesday night.

The summer series of three one-act plays, some of which have been written, directed and are performed by members of the company, will be repeated next Tuesday, June 28, at 8pm at the same venue.

After being postponed as a result of illness, the production went ahead with a well-rehearsed fluidity that kept the audience entertained throughout, although, parental guidance is advised for younger audiences as there is some strong language used in the first production.

Tickets, priced £10, are available at the door. Seating is at tables with patrons invited to take along refreshments and snacks.

A full report and photographs will appear in next week’s edition of the Banner.
