Postponed Whiting Bay plays to go ahead

The three one-act plays by Whiting Bay Club of Drama and Music, which had to be postponed due to some of the cast falling ill, is now scheduled to go ahead next week.

The trilogy, comprising Victoria Station, Sleuth School and Anger Management will take place at Whiting Bay Hall on Tuesday June 21 and Tuesday June 28, with doors opening at 7.30pm and the plays starting at 8pm.

The plays will feature many of the well-known acting talents of members of the drama and music club.

Music will be provided by Alice Maxwell, Chris Attkins will provide the sound effects and lighting will be taken care of by Andy McCallum while Gill Gregory will be the prompt.

Seating is at tables and patrons are welcome to bring refreshments. Please note that parental guidance is advised due to strong language and tickets, priced at £10, will be for sale at the door.
