Two groups from Lamlash Primary School have completed a number of challenges, which include exploring and helping nature, to earn themselves the RSPB Wild Challenge bronze award.

Both the P1 and P2 and the gardening club completed six challenges to earn the awards which are designed to engage children with nature and provide practical learning opportunities.

The Lamlash pupils helped nature and expanded their learning by installing bird feeders, planting wildflowers, birdwatching, observing nature and surveying habitats.

Mrs MacHale worked with the two groups to achieve the awards and the pupils are hoping to complete six more activities by the end of the term to earn a silver award.
