The penultimate meeting of 2021 at Ayr Racecourse is the Racing TV Raceday on Monday November 29.

This is always a well-contested National Hunt meeting and in 2020 winning trainers included northern stalwarts Nicky Richards, Chris Grant, Nick Alexander and Dianne Sayer.

There was also a win on the card for Tom Lacey who had the much longer 700 mile round trip from his Ledbury base to saddle Unohu.

The feature race, a three mile novice chase, was won by another long distance traveller Hear No Evil from Noel C Kelly’s Derry yard.

The first race is at 12.30pm and the last race at 3.20pm – giving plenty of time to get back to Arran.

Or why not enjoy some festive cheer at Christmas Party Raceday at the racecourse on Tuesday December 21 which is guaranteed to bring the festive cheer to your Christmas celebrations this year.

Upon arrival you can enjoy the Infinity Choir with carol singing at its finest. They will be performing on the champagne lawns during the day too.

On the track you can expect great jump racing as the final racing fixture of 2021 takes place.

After racing, a DJ will be taking to the stage in the Princess Royal Suite to keep the Christmas party atmosphere going.
