Any customers not wishing to visit the library will still be able to make use of the call and collect system alongside browse and borrow.

Bookbug will continue on Friday mornings at 11am, weather permitting, however, there will be limited access to PCs. The printing and photocopying service will be still be available and the mobile library van is also anticipated to return to service in the not too distant future.

Library assistant Nickey Summer said: ‘We look forward to seeing all our regular and maybe some new borrowers soon.’

Visitors are requested to sanitise their hands regularly, wear a face mask, unless exempt, follow the physical distancing markers throughout the library and to keep their visit as brief as possible.
