The Arran Farmers Society has taken the Farmers Show online after Covid restrictions saw it cancelled for the second time this year.

The  Arran Virtual Show 2021 is now online and organisers are urging all those who want to get involved to dust off the white coats and look out the ties and show attire.

The show facebook page will feature virtual classes where entries on the class posts can be made with photographs or short videos (max 30 secs). The post with the most likes will win with rosettes from 1st to 3rd.


Classes will include pet lamb class, young stock handler classes, cattle, sheep and horse classes, tractors, stick and dog classes. They are open to all.

Entries close for all classes on Tuesday August 3 with the the winners announced on the show day, Wednesday August 4.
