An Arran guest house is on the market for more than a half a million pounds.

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has been instructed to sell the Burlington Guest House in Whiting Bay as present owners, Lisbeth and Ian Kirsop, are looking to concentrate on other business interests.

The property dates back to 1905, originally built as a guest house by the local blacksmith. Recently refurbished, the Burlington offers 10 en suite letting bedrooms and a 20 cover dining room. The property also includes a one bedroom, en suite owner’s accommodation and a staff apartment.

Christie & Co is seeking £545,000 for the freehold.
