The skies across Arran were lit up last weekend as islanders enjoyed Guy Fawkes night. Every village on the island staged their own bonfire and fireworks event with some on Saturday and the rest on Sunday, on which November 5 fell.

Lochranza launched their new community run display with fireworks over the castle and the Brodick display attracted a large crowd with the huge weekend super moon over the bay adding to the delights of the bonfire and fireworks on the green.
