On a lovely sunny day last Friday 20 July, lots of people climbed Smiddy Brae in Whiting Bay to see Marjorie Brown’s lovely garden at The Cottage.

A fantastic total of £829 was raised for the work, both here on the island and nationwide, of the Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
