Sixty-year-old Jenny has been battling to get accepted into the MyBus scheme for almost a year. And her persistence has finally paid off.

 

She said: ‘I have been fobbed off so many times that most folk would have given up, but not me. Now after all this time I have been accepted onto the scheme.’

 

The MyBus scheme is aimed at those who are unable to use normal bus services through mobility difficulties, but for some obscure reason, Jenny did not match up to their criteria.
