Arran parades to be licenced

Any parades or processions on Arran will be subject to a 28-day licence in future.

From Sunday 1 April groups holding an event which involves a parade or procession will have to apply for permission at least 28 days in advance. This new legislation will affect events such as Brodick Highland Games.
