A 13-week-old blind Schnauzer puppy featured in The Banner last week is looking for a new home.
In the report it said that the puppy belongs to Daisy and Jonathan Hodge but he was merely spending his summer holiday with them in Whiting Bay.
Anne Hodge, the children’s grandmother said: ‘I was looking after little Bobby while his owners went to Ireland on their summer holiday. They wanted to leave him somewhere safe while he was away.’
Bobby is from Ardneil Farm in West Kilbride and his mother’s owners are looking for a safe home for him.
Anne said that Bobby is an ideal family pet as he is very friendly to both dogs and people and because he can’t see, he rarely barks.
If anyone is interested in becoming the blind puppy’s new owner they can phone 01294 829310.
