New post office opens on Tuesday

The new Kilmory post office will open on Tuesday, February 12 in the village hall after a two-week delay.
Postmistress Linda Wallwork said: ‘There have been some problems with BT installing the relevant phone lines, so we had to postpone the opening. I’m very pleased that Kilmory will have a post office again and I am looking forward to getting started.’
The satellite post office will be open on Tuesday and Friday from 10am to 2pm.
A spokesman for Post Office Limited said: ‘I would like to apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused by this delay.’
