Wullie Stevenson of Whiting Bay and his dog Seamus were the local winners at last Friday’s 41st Kildonan and District Sheepdog Trial.
The trials,held at Whitehill,Corriegills,attracted 50 dogs and their handlers,with competitors coming from as far afield as Fort William and Kirkudbright.
The Open winner was Roddy McDiarmid of Cairndow with his dog Jim.
