Susie Mowatt of Kildonan enjoyed a cookery master class at the Douglas Hotel,Brodick,on the afternoon of Monday January 16 2012.
Fifteen-year-old Susie won the first round of the Rotary Club’s Young Chef at Arran High School in December and was getting in some valuable practice with advice from hotel manager Pascal van den Broek and head chef Greg Russell.
