THE Scottish Government has recommended an upgrade of the Ardrossan- Brodick to Arran route to a two-vessel service in its draft Ferries Plan.
Transport minister Keith Brown announced the publication of the document this morning following the completion of the Ferries Review.
Members of the public now have until March to have their say on the draft plan,which outlines the ‘blueprint’ for ferry service provision across the country until 2022.
